We know dieting can be tough and your sanity can be lost when eating the same foods over & over again, so that's why we're introducing a flavoursome healthy alternative to throw into the mix. This week's special is our Free-Range Chicken Curry & Basmati Rice. This Asian-inspired dish comes with a serving of free-range chicken thigh cooked in our house-made curry sauce and is laid on a bed of clean basmati rice and topped with coriander.

Free-Range Chicken, Curry Powder, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Coconut Milk, Chicken Stock, Peas, Coriander, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Shelf life & storage:

All meals will have a 7 day shelf life from its delivery day. 

Keep refrigerated at all times and store at 5°C or below. Consume meal on day of opening and freeze meal within its expiry date.

Once frozen, consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use with 24 hours. Do not refreeze once meal has been thawed.

Heating from fresh:
1. Peel back film slightly, heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. 
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute.
3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
4. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of each meal into a fry pan and reheat or into an oven safe dish and heat at 180 degrees until heated through. 
Heating from frozen: 
1. Peel back film and heat in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes.
2. Stir contents for even heat distribution. 
3. Place back in the microwave and heat for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Stir well once more and let the dish stand for 1 minute before eating.
