  • A customised diet to suit your goals and all meals and snacks you will need to consume during the week. This means no cooking or prepping. All you need to do is focus solely on your training regime and mindset throughout the challenge

  • A guided meditation section in your training program to help you achieve clarity, balance, and create a healthy sense of mental well-being. The mind is just as important as the body!
  • 2 check-in's from Aled Barry to track your progress

We've designed two different types of programs; a home-based program or a gym-based program. Below is a list of items that you will need for either selection:-

    We have 3 fitness levels to choose from. Use the guide below to help select which option suits you best.

    • Beginner - You are just starting your fitness journey and you haven't worked out before
    • Intermediate - You have training experience and want to take your workouts to the next level
    • Advanced - You are an advanced trainer and ready to take on a new challenge
