So, what sort of challenger are you? There are three different categories to choose from depending on your goals. You can choose from the following options:-
KETOGENIC/NO CARB DIET
On the ketogenic/no carb diet all your meals will come with no carbs. The reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. On a ketogenic diet your entire body switches its fuel supply to run almost entirely on fat instead of glucose. Insulin levels become very low and fat burning increases dramatically.
LOW CARB DIET
On the low carb diet half your meals will come with carbs and half without. Eating a low carb diet has fantastic benefits but it all comes down to timing. Timing carbohydrates will help retain muscle tissue and lose fat. Our personalised diet plans will come with recommended eating times and details about how you can use your food as fuel and not as unwanted fatty tissue.
HIGH CARB DIET
Our high carb diet are for those who are all about those gains! All meals in this diet come with carbs and with the right types of carbohydrates lean mass can be attained! Consuming carbs prompts your body to release insulin. Insulin increases protein synthesis (muscle growth), which is the number one goal of every lifter. One way insulin causes growth is by increasing transportation of amino acids from your blood stream to your muscles. It also binds with the muscle cell membrane that triggers an onslaught of reactions that lead to growth.
